EP 436 – Story #2

After discovering time travel Jason, the Leader of The AIPD, a Private Police and Detective Agency, has decided to make a New AIPD Task force called "The Time Team", their mission is simple investigating crimes from the Past and Future. Jason has put his Adopted son Tony in charge of this new Task force and has also picked his Top Detective Cory onto the new Task force.
 But there are some complications that arise when it comes to time travel. Will they be able to stop the criminal before he can do any damage? Or will the criminal go back in time and try again?

You visit your mad scientist friend in the parking lot of the local mall
. You're going to pay him a visit after you've finished off all the frozen pizzas you bought for dinner. He's been working on an experiment that could be very profitable if he gets funding.

You arrive at the parking lot only to see you mad scientist friend being chased by a Chechnyan terrorist.
 As you look around you notice a large black van parked next to the van where your friend is hiding. The terrorist stops and points his gun at your friend who then shoots him in the head with a machine gun.

The Mad Scientist rushes over to you and tells you to get in.  You ask him, "Why did that guy try to kill you?"  The mad scientist replies, "I stole 15 VHS copies of Tony's favorite film, Sister Act 2."

"What does that have to do with anything?" You ask.
The mad scientist says, "He's going to kill me for stealing those tapes because I'm trying to make a copy of the first one.

You feed one VHS into the time machine and go back to the year
 1987. You come out of the time machine and find yourself standing in front of the theater. You go inside and sit down in the theater and wait for the movie to start. You watch the movie and as soon as it ends you go back to the present.

You return to the present and see that the mad scientist has got himself into another predicament:
 the Chechen is back and this time he's holding a gun to the mad scientists head. He tells the mad scientist, "You stole my tapes!"
The mad scientist tells him that he didn't steal them and that he was just trying to make a copy of the first one.

You realize you've been mistaken with the terrorists identity, and it is actually the director of Sister Act 2, Bill Duke.
 The terrorist yells at you, "You stole my tapes! And you're gonna give them back!"
You say, "No way man. I think you've got the wrong person."
Bill Duke then pulls out a gun and starts shooting at you.

You shout to the gaggle of mad scientists, "Let's go to the happy hotel!"

When you wake up in the hospital you see the doctor and tell him that you had a bad dream. He asks you what happened and you told him about the time travel.
"Do you know how you got here?"

The doctor nods and says, "Yes, I know how you got here.  You
 were shot in the head and you came out of the time machine."
You look at him confused and ask, "How do you know that?"
The doctor tells you, "I was in the same car accident that killed your parents and left you comatose for six years.

You realize this is the time thief you've been sent to stop
. You get up from your bed and rush out of the room.
You come out into the hallway and you see your mother, father, and sister. They're all dead. You run to them and cry.

You turn around to hear the time thief cackling as he is about to step into another time machine.  You tackle him and fly through time eventually arriving at the year
 1987.
You come out of the time machine and find yourself standing in front of the theater. You go inside and sit down in the theater and wait for the movie to start. You watch the movie and as soon as it ends you go back to the present.
